Shipping Policy

  1. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a supplier mistake of defective product.
  2. Purchases can be tracked, and will arrive within 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
  3. The order can be cancelled before it is shipped. The supplier is unable to cancel the order once it has shipped.
  4. The Supplier is responsible for shipping related issues of lost, damaged, missing or wrong item(s). Customer must provide photographic proof within 72 hours of the delivery.
  5. The Supplier only ships to the USA and Canada.
  6. The Supplier is responsible for all issues related to USA customs.
  7. By placing an order, the customer accepts all Supplier’s terms and policies. The Supplier reserves the right to modify any of the terms of this Agreement with notice to the customer.
