Shipping Policy
- All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a supplier mistake of defective product.
- Purchases can be tracked, and will arrive within 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
- The order can be cancelled before it is shipped. The supplier is unable to cancel the order once it has shipped.
- The Supplier is responsible for shipping related issues of lost, damaged, missing or wrong item(s). Customer must provide photographic proof within 72 hours of the delivery.
- The Supplier only ships to the USA and Canada.
- The Supplier is responsible for all issues related to USA customs.
- By placing an order, the customer accepts all Supplier’s terms and policies. The Supplier reserves the right to modify any of the terms of this Agreement with notice to the customer.
